The Challenge

Unitron, part of the Sonova Group, needed a partner to create content for multiple audiences, worldwide: healthcare professionals, analysts and end users. After working with us on web copy, blogs, and sales materials, they asked us to take on something bigger — developing the creative campaign for a new hearing aid launch under their Smile platform. It was a chance to craft a unifying idea that would carry across both B2B and B2C markets.

Our Approach

We delivered three big-idea campaign concepts, each with a launch manifesto to set the tone. Once our clients chose the winning concept, we built out the supporting content: messaging houses for both professionals and consumers, ad headlines and design directions, brochures, social posts, and blogs. All of it tied back to the chosen concept, ensuring consistency from high-level creative down to tactical outputs.

The Outcome

The launch campaign is rolling out now, backed by a full suite of content for every audience Unitron needs to reach. On the strength of this work, Unitron asked us to concept their next major Smile platform launch — another vote of confidence and a sign of a growing partnership.
