The Challenge
KUBRA came to us ahead of iConnect, their annual customer conference, with a big ask: create a bold campaign to launch EZ-PAY, their new, cutting-edge payment solution. The stakes were high — we needed alignment from a C-suite with lots of opinions, plus final approval from the parent company. And it all had to be ready in time for the conference, with no room to miss deadlines (not that we ever would).
Our Approach
We developed a set of big-idea campaign concepts, each with a unifying theme strong enough to cut through the noise and flexible enough to work across channels. Through workshops and presentations, we brought stakeholders onside and secured buy-in at every level. Once KUBRA signed off on the lead concept, we built the entire campaign toolkit: ads, social, video, pitch decks, one-pagers, and supporting content that carried the story consistently across the launch.
The Outcome
EZ-PAY launched with a clear, distinctive story that resonated with both internal and external audiences. The campaign rolled out seamlessly at iConnect, giving KUBRA a confident, unified presence at their biggest event of the year. On the strength of that success, KUBRA asked us back to lead the creative and toolkit development for their next major product launch.
