Geotab, one of the world’s leading telematics and fleet management companies, first brought us in to support specific content needs. As our relationship grew, so did the scope. When it came time to select a partner for the creative and content behind Geotab Connect — their flagship global conference — they ran a competitive process. Winning it meant taking on a massive remit: content and design for one of the industry’s most important events.

Our Approach

We became Geotab’s creative and content partner for Connect, responsible for everything from event websites, apps, and attendee hubs to sponsorship prospectuses, signage, venue maps, swag, and social content. We worked against tight timelines, delivering hundreds of assets in line with brand guidelines while coordinating across multiple internal teams. And while Connect is the centerpiece, our support extends to other areas of the business, helping Geotab maintain a consistent, professional presence year-round.

The Outcome

Geotab Connect now runs with a seamless creative and content engine behind it, giving 3,500+ attendees a polished, on-brand experience at every touchpoint.
